We would like to give a warm welcome to the newest member of the Imagine That team – Shamus Lahman.
A New Jersey Native, Shamus attended college at Richard Stockton University pursuing a Business degree.
At his first job out of college Shamus rapidly took on marketing responsibilities as a golf course manager at a local golf course organization near his hometown. Soon after, he was promoted to social media manager, overlooking social media accounts for various facets of the company, including weddings and events. It was here where Shamus discovered his passion for marketing, social media and video production.
Shamus went on to freelance for various local companies, garnering experience in several different aspects of digital marketing. Throughout his work as a freelancer, Shamus developed his expertise with marketing platforms such as Wordpress, Photoshop, Premiere, Dreamweaver, Lightroom and InDesign. During this time, he built himself quite the client list ranging from lawyers to nightclubs, and everything in-between.
Realizing his potential in the digital marketing world, Shamus began learning the in’s and out’s of all things marketing. Beginning with websites, Shamus began to teach himself custom website code and template design. Being self-taught gave him a creative advantage on traditional designs and procedures while creating professional digital marketing products and services.
During his time freelancing he became passionate about photography and videography – a complimentary skillset of website development. These skills have allowed our company to develop and offer several new services to our clients, including video and photo work.
When Shamus is not developing websites or shooting the next video campaign for one of our clients, you can find him on the mountaintops searching for the perfect powder line, or wading through the rivers of Colorado, hunting the elusive trophy fish.
Continuing to advance his digital marketing skills everyday, Shamus has become a valued member of our team. Since starting with Imagine That in June, Shamus has obtained his Google Analytics Certification and has become our go-to guy for web development. We are excited about the exemplary work Shamus will be able to help us provide to our clients.
