Find Your Beach in Summit County! In Breckenridge, it is a common occurrence to use the saying, “If you don’t like the weather, just wait 10 minutes,” in appreciation of the ever-changing weather systems that come through this mountainous area. The average high temperature in February is 34 degrees with an average low of 3 degrees, but then you get some “blue-bird” days thrown in for good measure where you can find it in the 40s. Breckenridge Snow Sculpture Championships 2013

Breckenridge Snow Sculpture Championships 2013 The Breckenridge Snow Sculpture Championships were held over the last 3 weeks from January 15th through February 3rd. The sponsors for the event included Budweiser and Breckenridge Ski Resort and there were participants from all over the world attempting to win the coveted Snow Sculpture Crown. Our Imagine That design team was invited to help out on the Budweiser Clydesdales team and lend their experience to the competition. Yvette and Tom worked on the Clydesdale and Carriage display and braved the cold to help craft the intricate designs that would hopefully catch the judge’s eye. more...
