Imagine That is at it again … this time launching the brand new (and first) website for Abbey’s Coffee on Main Street, Frisco. Strategically situated at the intersection of Summit Boulevard and Main Street, Abbey’s central location has helped formulate this popular coffee shop as the “go to” spot for locals and visitors alike for close to two decades now.

In November 1996 Abbey the dog and her humans opened the doors to Abbey’s Coffee, citing a passion for coffee, love of the mountains and all that Summit County has to offer as their inspiration. Although Abbey herself has been gone for almost ten years now, her spirit lives on in the story of her ashes being released on Cho Oyu in the Himalayas, and the doggie treats that are always available for all of your four-legged friends.

But, more than just a coffee shop, Abbey’s is a local hot spot for a pre-ski burrito, post-cycling espresso, mid-morning pick me up or just a favorite gathering place to meet up with friends and colleagues. Open 7 days a week, Abbeys is conveniently located within minutes from Summit County’s four ski resorts and just a hop, skip and a jump away from the Frisco Bay Marina.

In the summer months, Abbey’s warm and sunny outdoor patio is a great place to soak in the rays and unwind from your day. Equipped with breathtaking views of Frisco’s Mount Royal and the Ten Mile Range to the north, and Buffalo Mountain to the south, you just can’t beat the warm and inviting atmosphere that Abbey’s has to offer.

And now Abbey’s Coffee has joined the digital world with a brand new web presence.

With nothing to compare to, Imagine That was faced with the daunting task of creating the new website from scratch. Utilizing a modern and highly visual design with full page background images, AbbeysCoffee.com offers a concise and visually appealing user interface that includes a useful history of the origination of coffee, a glossary of the most common coffee terms, an image gallery, an online storefront where you can purchase their most common items (coming soon) and even a display of what the local weather is in real time.

For those on the go – or if you are one of the 3 million visitors to Summit County each year – you will relish in the fact that Abbey’s brand new site was built completely responsive … meaning that it will display cleanly on any mobile device that you are using. No more pinching or squeezing to find what you’re looking for, and with just one click on the phone number you’re well on your way to speaking with a helpful Abbey’s employee. A convenient map is also included on the home page so that your iPhone can tell you exactly how to get to your next supreme coffee experience.

So do us a favor and check out the site. And, oh yeah, while you’re there go ahead and check out the fun facts listed at the bottom of each page. I bet you didn’t know that the United States imports more than $4 billion dollars’ worth of coffee each year!
